First Secretary in the Diplomatic Service of the Republic, Deputy Director of Research and International Cooperation at the Diplomatic Academy of Peru (ADP). Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola. Master's degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from the ADP. Also holds a Master's degree in International Service from the American University, Washington D.C., and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a specialization in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Embajador Gonzalo Gutiérrez Reinel
Ambassador in the Diplomatic Service of the Republic. He is currently the Director of the Diplomatic Academy of Peru. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and a Master's degree in Public International Policy from the School of Advanced International Studies at John Hopkins University in Washington D.C. He has also pursued post-graduate studies at the London School of Economics and Political Science in Great Britain, and at the JFK School of Government at Harvard University.
Embajador Harry Belevan Mc-Bride
Ambassador in the Diplomatic Service of the Republic. He has served as Rector of the Diplomatic Academy of Peru. He holds an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Le Havre, France; is the Acting Vice President of the Peruvian Language Academy; Corresponding Member of the Royal Spanish Academy; member of the Ricardo Palma Institute, and Honorary Professor at that university. He is also a full member of the Peruvian Society of International Law. As a writer, he has published a dozen books in the genres of novel, short story, theater, and essay. From 2013 to 2023, he directed the Raúl Porras Barrenechea Institute at the University of San Marcos.
Ministro Raúl Hidalgo Gallegos
Minister in the Diplomatic Service of the Republic, Lawyer, and Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador. He also holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Diplomatic Academy of Peru and a Master's degree in Government and Public Management from the University of Chile. Minister Raúl Hidalgo has served in various Peruvian missions abroad, including Ecuador, Chile, and the Representation of Peru to UNESCO in Paris, where he was appointed Alternate Permanent Representative. Since September 1, 2021, he has been serving as Deputy Director of the Diplomatic Academy of Peru.
Doctora Elsa del Castillo
Principal Professor in the Academic Department of Administration and member of the Research Center at the University of the Pacific. She holds a Ph.D. in Economic and Business Sciences from the University of Deusto (Spain), a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Institute of Business (Spain), and a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the University of the Pacific.
Doctor Farid Kahhat Kahatt
PhD in Governance from the University of Texas at Austin, United States. He has been a member of the ad hoc Advisory Commission of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on maritime delimitation with Chile. An expert in international security and the Middle East. He has been a commentator on international issues for CNN en Español and a columnist for El Comercio (Peru), Reforma (Mexico), and América Economía (web media). He is a principal professor in the Department of Social Sciences at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
Doctor Luis García-Corrochano
Doctor in International Law, University of La Coruña, Master's in International Law, Complutense University of Madrid. Executive MBA, San Ignacio de Loyola University. Swiss Confederation Fellow for Postgraduate Studies in International Relations with a mention in Public International Law, Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IUHEI), Graduate School of the University of Geneva. Currently, he is the Dean of the Faculty of Law at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas - UPC.
Doctor Mirko Lauer
Bachelor in Letters from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Doctor and Master in Peruvian and Latin American literature from the National University of San Marcos. He is a Czech-Peruvian writer, poet, essayist, and political scientist. He is a member of the board of directors of the newspaper "Diario La República," where he writes an opinion column.
Magíster Carolina Trivelli
Master in Agricultural Economics from Pennsylvania State University and Economist from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP). Currently, she is the Principal Researcher at the Institute of Peruvian Studies (IEP). She has served as Minister of Development and Social Inclusion of Peru (between 2011 and 2013), advisor on Strategic Analysis at the Regional Office of FAO for Latin America and the Caribbean, and Manager of Peruvian Digital Payments, among other important positions.
